Meet Our Management Team

Paul is known as an entrepreneur, award-winning inventor, mentor, board member and accredited investor.

He found his first success as an entrepreneur by starting a floor covering company, Carpet by Cutler, which he had for just under 6 years before moving on to the energy and water efficiency industry. Paul transitioned into the conservation industry and advanced to Executive Vice President of Niagara Conservation Corporation, Inc., a startup that later became one of the leading energy and water efficiency products suppliers in the Conservation Industry (sold in 2013). He later moved onto his largest success as the Owner, Founder and President of AM Conservation Group, Inc., which became the leader in the energy and water efficiency space (sold in 2010). During Paul's time at AM Conservation Group, Inc. he became an award-winning inventor that secured 

multiple trademarks and five US patents. Two of his inventions include the award-winning Dish Squeegee and the first and only universal wall plate. Additionally, he is responsible for having developed the most popular selling professional grade weather-strip in America. 

Most recently, Paul holds the position of Founder and President of Power Generations, Inc., a company poised to support his goal of “powering” a new generation of alternative technologies that advance and improve renewable energy production, as well as drive innovations that reduce CO2 emissions mitigating climate change. Paul is actively involved as a Board Member of AM Conservation Group, Inc. and is an accredited investor and member of the Tamiami T2 Angel Fund, located in Naples, FL.

As a Mentor in the 2013 Startup Quest competition Paul lead his team to place within the top 3 teams in the competition, developing a commercialization plan for an advanced electroluminescent grow light, the ElectroGrow.

Danielle, currently serving as the Business Development Specialist for Power Generations, Inc., graduated from the College of Charleston with a BS in Psychology and began a career in Human Resources at AM Conservation Group, Inc. That career path quickly transitioned to sales and later to Vice President of the company's Retail Division. Danielle played a large role in developing the company’s retail brand, website and marketing materials and was responsible for exponentially growing sales, landing major retail accounts such as Wal-Mart and Home Depot, and managing a network of over 25 outside sales representatives. She also served on the company's Leadership Committee. 

With the skills and successes achieved at AM Conservation Group, Inc. in such a short period of time, Danielle has transitioned to the Business Development Specialist at Power Generations, Inc. to assist the President, Paul Cutler, with his goal of "powering" a greener generation through partnerships with Entrepreneurs, Inventors, Investors, Researchers and Strategic alliances. Danielle is responsible for the design and deployment of the Power Generations, Inc. website and is the point contact for entrepreneurs interested in applying for funding.

Currently the CFO of Power Generations, Inc., Carol's background includes over 20 years of experience managing the financial side of businesses, with exceptional strengths in starting from and developing complete, efficient processes that allow businesses to run successfully. For over 12 years she played an integral role in the success Paul Cutler achieved through his previous business, AM Conservation Group, Inc. Carol's roles included Human Resources Manager, overseeing all accounting processes, Business Manager, and software selection, implementation and management.

Prior to her time at AM Conservation Group, Inc., Carol was the Business Manager for a private medical practice specializing in family and pediatric care. She was responsible for transforming both businesses, with incomplete practices and procedures, into thriving businesses by implementing size appropriate systems and programs to run more efficiently.
